Details Matter.
Things you do see? The functional art staircase with LED accent lighting. Wow real wood elements: continuous feature walls (no veneer here), a butcher block elevator wall (so unique), and louvre-style roof detail (think “indoor pergola”). Elevated beer garden vibes: communal seating, oversized built-in tables and benches, and inconspicuous garbage and recycling facilities.
Things you don’t see? A two-tiered LEED commissioning system, a complex mechanical and electrical system that mirrors and ties in to the established tower’s commissioned system, and structural changes to allow for coring out a large portion of the second floor for the showcase stairway and elevator bank – all while keeping the building occupied and operational.
