As energy efficient as it’s mothership – Bramble House – no corners were cut. Notice the reed glass and matte black powder-coated feature wall-railing (also seen in its predecessor), vaulted ceilings, custom millwork, a two-bedroom layout, and a balcony to bask in the back!

Details Matter.

The FEMME touches carry through to this elevated backyard oasis, even the exteriors match. From New Zealand, the renewable Abodo wood cladding exterior draws the eye. On the inside, we love the kitchen’s mirrored glass backsplash and Blomberg apartment-style appliances, the climate-controlled bedrooms and the Spanish 24” X 24” rectified porcelain tile used in the bathroom.
